		<description>The low rates of this service may be an advantage but the lack of infrastructure and security is the big question on the issue.  Ultimately, the safest and most convenient method will rise to the top.  And for now, that is reloadable ATMCASH cards.  You can instantly load the cards and the more times you send, the more you can save.  I mean, agents with flip charts?  How convenient is that?</description>
