I came across this post in researching articles on Kenya.

As a current MBA student, I very much identified with the marketing concepts and tools you mentioned. I particularly liked your point #3 in your summary conclusion, as it emphasized a strategy based on identifying preferences of customers and the benefits they seek, rather than simply the features of a product. In my experience, this approach of creating products that deliver the key benefit that customers of a particular segment seek is critical to differentiating from the competition.
