		<description>In most mobile applications, the mobile device and radio network is simply an access channel between the end user and a mobile money application. The mobile money application platform will only move money upon receiving a complete and successfully authenticated transaction. ie. If the network failed during the sending leg of the transaction, no money will be lost as no transaction has reached the application to be processed. If the transaction is completed successfully on the application, but the network fails in the response to the sender and receiver, thay will be able to confirm the transaction through a balance enquiry or statement enquiry as soon as the network is operational again or by contacting the call centre.</description>
